The simplest way to buy.

Delivery

• Our aim is to deliver your order within 48 hours and in most cases the following day depending on your time of order and collection for despatch by our carrier.
• Some larger items, such as caravans are collection only.  These items cannot be included in our standard delivery terms.
• Delay in delivery may occur if a particular item is out of stock in which case we shall contact the customer by telephone or e-mail to advise of the delay.
• Standard delivery times are Mon - Fri (excluding Public Holidays) 8am - 3pm.  You may choose a Saturday delivery between 9.30am - 12pm for an extra charge.(telephone orders only)
• Deliveries to United Kingdom Highlands and Islands may be subject to delivery time delays.
  

Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery within the England and Wales is £8.50 inc VAT for orders in excess of £100 inc VAT.
• Orders of less than £100 inc VAT will be subject to a delivery/handling charge of £8.50 inc VAT.
• Saturday delivery requirement is charged at £35 inc VAT.
• Deliveries to Scotland, Highlands and Islands, Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands are available subject to quotation.

Delivery Liability

• Somerset County Caravans cannot accept liability for loss, damage or delayed delivery which is beyond our control.
• In all cases,We would request that the customer reports the circumstances to us within 7 working days of the expected delivery date.

Product Returns

• We ask customers to thoroughly check items carefully on delivery.  Somerset County Caravans Ltd. cannot accept liability for damaged, faulty or short delivered items from other than the delivery address.  You should check all items before embarking on your holiday.
• Somerset County Caravans require a maximum 7 day notice from the day of delivery for damaged items in order for us to generally replace them.  If you do not inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery Somerset County Caravans cannot always accept responsibility for your claim.  Your Statutory Rights are not affected by this Return clause.
• Incorrectly Ordered Goods are the responsibility of the customer and may be returned via our own carrier at the same delivery charge which shall be paid by the customer.
• Refunds or Replacements will be considered once the items have been received back by Somerset County Caravans and were reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Returned Goods shall be collected by our own carriers in all cases. Therefore, if  return of a product is necessary, contact Somerset County Caravans on 01823 413333 and collection of the goods can be arranged.

Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled for any reason up until the point of the goods being despatched or from 7 days after receiving the goods by the Customer.  Any payment that has been transacted will be refunded.
